On the road with Apple Rubber: Valve World Americas Expo

The Apple Rubber team hits the road again this week, this time for the Valve World Americas Expo at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas on Wednesday July 15 and Thursday, July 16.

The conference, a showcase of the latest in industrial valve and flow control products and technology, welcomes thousands of attendees to meet with over 175 exhibitors from the United States, Asia, Canada, Europe, India and Mexico.

Valve World Expo: What to expect

“The Valve World Americas event will cover a variety of valve and valve-related topics that are essential to today’s valve market,” Valve World Expo’s program booklet notes. “There will be plenary presentations on a number of hot themes in the valve industry, including the future of shale gas and the outlook on the energy industry.”

Informative workshops will cover topics including:

  • Valve technologies selection for cryogenic applications
  • Valve testing for emissions
  • Applications in special service (HF, chlorine, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, peroxide)
  • Applying adapter tools for EPCs and End User NPQC engineers
