A web series is a series of scripted or non-scripted videos (usually in episodic form) that are released on the internet. First introduced in the ‘90s and made more popular in the ‘00s, web series traditionally tell a story, not unlike that of a scripted television show.
In recent years, though, branded web series have begun to infiltrate the internet. More and more organizations and industries are taking advantage of these content opportunity — and manufacturing is following suit.
