With crisp fall weather quickly approaching, we could all use a little “soul food” – and what better than a delicious meatloaf recipe?
Like other meatloafs, Applesauce Meatloaf is a simple-to-make crowd-pleaser. So… follow these few steps, sit back, relax (but don’t forget to take it out of the oven), and enjoy!
Combine the first ten ingredients and form into a loaf in a baking dish. Mix the three remaining ingredients and pour the mixture on top of the loaf. Bake (uncovered) at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 3-4.
